Is anyone related to Diego de Tervino? Born abt 1540 in Mexico City D.F.? I found a source that has his genealogy going back several hundreds of years. He descends from King Alfonso VI of Castilla.

There's a bunch of us here online who are descended to him. Where'd
you get your info and would you share the source online with us?
Thanks either way. Marge :)

That is one therory about DIego Trevino's genealogy. I have not seen any proof in print. Just because
someone says one thing does not necessarrily make it true.

Show me the proof.

In this group we are to do our own research from original records or from the proven microfilmed records of the AGN, Family History Center, etc., the records from the archives in Seville, etc. To simply add info found in books or suspect websites is not serious genealogy. I stopped falling for the claims of such enterprises. It would be nice to have a magic wand that would connect us to illustrious personages, but the reality is just hard work and hours spent reviewing the records ourselves.

No he encontrado evidencia para
