This dispensation is found in Arturo Ramos Pinedo's book, "Familias Antiguas de Tlaltenango" on page 74. I looked at the original dispensation via Family Search, and I believe that at least one of the surnames is incorrect in Arturo's book. The witnesses' surname was printed in Arturo's book as Andrés de Cabrera, but I am almost certain that it is actually Andrés de Talabera. Here is a link to the original dispensation:

Also, I am also very interested in deciphering the madrina's surname. Arturo has it listed as Isabel Estrada or Andrade. I agree with her first name being Isavel, but I believe her surname may not be Estrada or Andrade. All I can decipher is the end of here surname being "...drada".
Any help from other members and/or Arturo would be appreciated.
Thanks
I cleaned up the document for better reading:

It looks to me that the name of the bride is actually Angela de Avila.
Look closely at the name in the margin of the document.

This appears to be the Baptism record of Catalina, daughter of Geronimo de Cierra y Angela de Avila.

Hello, Nothankyou (I didn't see any other name)
I'd have to agree with your assessment of the names ... I definitely think
it says Talabera and NOT Cabrera ... and I cannot make out anything more
than "drada" for the madrina's surname either. Even the brides name is not
exact ... but enough is intact to make the connection to Aguila, the same
could be said for "drada" being Andrade, however, Estrada is a stretch for
me.
