Does anyone know how to contact Javier R. Avitia? He has a database of thousands of individuals from Canelas, Durango, Mexico. I mention this here because I believe a number of you do research in Durango. I have found his posts online , but no way of contacting him. The post are 17-25 years old. He did live in Los Angeles.
