We stayed at the Howard Johnson and it worked fine plus it was cheap.  We stayed ten days.

I think that's so cool, "the geneaology rate". My husband got a kick out of that one, he says where else can you get a discount for claiming your deceased relatives.

Just left Salt Lake City yesterday, and whenever I'm in town I stay at the Howard Johnson Express, On N. Temple & 300 West.  It's $40 a night for a queen or king size bed, and about 5-10 walk to the Family History Library.


There are hotels a block or two closer, but if cost is an issue, I'd stay at Howard Johnsons.
