I have thought about Cienega de Arriba and Cienega
de Abajo myself being the very ones. Unfortunately, my relatives keep
saying that it Siena de Arriba and Siena de Abajo. I have not been able to
confirm the name.  I wonder if they are sounding the name?

any thoughts on this?

Abajo and Sena de Abajo, Zacatecas

What I found was Cienega de Abajo in the municipio of
Tabasco and a
Ciana de Abajo aka Santa Potenciana in the municipio of
Valparaiso.

I hope that this helps.
