Up here in Washington State, in the Northwest US, there are about 320
Mexican restaurants that are owned and staffed by people from a little place in
Mexico called Cuautla, Jalisco.  Are you familiar with Cuautla?  On
the map, it looks like it is way out in the middle of nowhere southeast of
Guadalajara. It looks like most of the people in that town came up here.
