i found this marriage record for an ancestor of mines and i saw that he came from that place, but i'm not sure where it's at.

San Cristobal de la Barranca is about 25 miles North of Guadalajara on highway 23.
The groom's parents (Diego Jaimes and Juana Talavera) are also listed in another son's (Pablo Jose) marriage record in San Cristobal:
