John, If you can't wait for the PAF software team to find a solution, I recommend you download the free edition of Legacy Family Tree. John, That must be a bug in the software. I just tried running the same procedure and the same thing happens: I can preview the Index but then it doesn't appear in the Word document. I'm using PAF 5.
