Im trying to find these individuals parents as well but i just can't seem to find them either they are form nochistlan zacatecas i descend from their son Jose Del Refugio Jauregui he married Maria Encarnacio Lozano middle 1800's.

This was his second marriage, his first was to Maria Victoriana Mejia. This marriage records shows that there was a dispensation for the marriage of Jose Refugio Jauregui and Maria Encarnacion Losano. You may want to check on the marriage dispensation and it may have additional information as to the origins of the parents of the bride and the groom.

No. The dispensation will give the ancestors of someone else he has an
afinity with. That is different from consanguinity.

I have gathered lots of information on this individual Jose Del Refugio Jauregui.
He was married three times first marriage with Maria Casimira Perez on November 26 1882 they had approx 9 kids all born in Nochistlan.Second marriage was with Maria Victoriana Meji on May 6 1837 in Nochistlan and they had around 8 children.Last wife which whom i descend from Maria Encarnacion Lozano married on september 18 1851 in Nochistlan. Unfortunately all these documents did not help locate Jose Del Refugios grandparents what can I do next Armando?

The next step is to find all of the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, of Pioquinto Jáuregui, and their marriages to see if there is a mention of a dispensa. If there is then you can try and find the ancestors of the spouse. This might give you at least a sibling of Pioquinto which could lead to his parents.

You should also keep your Geneanet.org tree updated. I might be able to find something if you do that with links to the each document you find. You can email me directly once you update it.

Here is an example - Francisco Borja Gómez had a dispensa de cuarto grado de afinidad for his marriage on 25 de agosto 1801 to María Juliana de los Dolores Jáuregui Yañez https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-1-15186-10456-90?cc=1410092&wc… who was probably related to the first wife of Francisco Borja, María Josefa Dominga Cervantes Ulloa the daughter of José Julián Cervantes & Barbara de Ulloa. Now you have to find the grandparents of María Josefa Dominga Cervantes Ulloa or the dispensa. Neither task is easy, but finding the dispensa is most likely harder.

What is the document you are basing that info on? Always provide sources when giving such information. Always cite the source in your online tree also. Have you updated Geneanet?

If your source is good then you also have to find the great-grandparents (bisabuelos) and then the tatarabuelos of María Josefa Dominga Cervantes Ulloa. Her tatarabuelos should also be the tatarabuelos of María Juliana de los Dolores Jáuregui Yañez which would be the bisabuelos of Pioquinto Jáuregui or María Dolores Yañez. Then I'll let you know the next steps after that.

I'll post up my sources once I find my note book where all that info is located.Since i couldn't find Maria Josephas Ggrandparents and tatara abuelos what is my next option?

It is important to differentiate between afinidad and consanguinidad when
it comes to dispensas. The dispensa was for afinidad. This most likely
means the bride, María Encarnación Lozano, was related to the first wife,
María Victoriana Mejia. He may be able to find their blood relationship
through the birth and marriage records available instead of having to go
search for the dispensa.
