Help on reading this baptism document

The only part i need help reading is Maria De La Encarnacio Losano grandparents?

Abram,

 

The A.P. (paternal grandparents) are Manuel Losano and Agustina de Aguayo. Manuel and Agustina are my husband's 3rd Great Grandparents. 

 

I have Manuel as Jose Manuel Torres Losano married on 30
Apr 1777 Nochistlan, Zacatecas to Maria Agustina de Aguayo.

 

My mother-in-law was born in the Jabonera...

I read it after enlarging it as:
 
Maria de la Encarnacion born in la Jabonera 20 March 1827 6am
parents: Citizen Jasinto Losano and Maria Dolores Aguirre
paternal grandparents: Manuel Losano and Agustina Aguayo
maternal grandparents: Joaquin Aguirre and Lorensa Corona
godparents: Jose Guadalupe Losano and Maria Sostenes Peres

Abram,

They are Joaquin Aguirre and Lorensa Corona.

When looking to read a document, read all the other records that surround the one you're looking at and try to familiarize yourself with the letters or the script of that particular scribe. This is always a clue as to how each individual formed his letters.
