Thanks for your comfortable words, "gracias, favor que me haces"; certainly I believe that all individual have their own star; all members of the ranchos' group post your contributions, sharing their gifts and talents, and all we whole are instructed and we are learning ones form an others. When I read your postings I feel that you write with much passion and knowledge. It's an honor for this group to have you as a member. You add much to the knowledgeable mix of Ranchos ( I am not very knowledgeable yet! ). I too search with zeal for my mestizo, caste or indigenous roots and I believe and hope that I should always keep my mind open so that when the facts present themselves, whatever they may be I will be open and present to the reality.

hay muchos en nuestra comunidad (afuera de Ranchos) que no saben que
son de raza mezcla. Si somos de Espanol, Yndio, Negro, Moro, y otros.
Tenemos que vernos que somos de la misma sangre y juntamos no separamos
(unir no separar) de nuestros primos.

other places of America), surely the mixture of distinct blood or
etnias there was since the beginning of the humans in the earth.
 
My mind go back, thinking about my ancestral lines, I has found
in my ancestors: Spaniard, Indigenous (Apaches and Tlaxcaltecs, surely
other too), "Mulatos" (this eventually will go to Black or Negroe
blood, that I'm seeking for), "Tresalbos", "Coyotes", "Lobos", and etc.
I'm a "Meztizo Pura Sangre", Ha, ha, ha, ha

All or at least many people that work in their Genealogy, have a
"internal incognita" about of where are our origins? and are seeking
back for a relevant individual that to fill their ego "por alcurnia o
por abolengo". Surely many find a important person that is in their
family tree that give a satisfaction to their seeking. Often I think
that if we not found this, we are finding our own identity. How much
more "Mestizos Puros" there are between we.
 
Is only my way of think (thinking in height voice, or audible
voice).

I thought they called it the "Mestizaje"?  However, that word
is not in my Spanish dictionary.  I found "mescladura" and
"mezcolanza".  What say you, Jose Roman?  What do they call it in
Mexico?
