I'd suggest emailing the University of Guadalajara closest to your
target area and asking them for which time period they have newspapers
in their archives. Then you'd have to travel there to see them if they
have what you need.

Guadalajara's first printing press was set up on this site, where today
you can see displays of historic newspapers, printing presses,
recording equipment, and a complete television studio. The building has
long been known as the Casa de los Perros because of the two
