Congratulations on finding this record! It is tough to read. The essential part is, I believe:
En nochistlan dos de Enero de setensientos i siete an bapt i puso oleo a Rosa Maria ... nacio a 22 del pasado hija de Marcos Velasco i Dorothea de llamas (??) fueron PP Antto Velasco i Maria Gonzales todos espanoles de este Pheligresia
In Nochistlan, 2 Jan 1707, baptized and annoited with oil Rosa Maria born the 22 of the past [month] daughter of Marcos Velasco and Dorothea de Llamas, the godparents were Antonio Velasco and Maria Gonzales, all Spanish, of this jurisdiction
I am not sure about Dorothea's last name. The Family Search index says "de Mamas," but I've not seen this name before, I have seen "de Llamas". Perhaps what they are seeing as "M" is actually "ll". Does anyone else have another opinion?

Llamas and Lamas are very well known last names in the Tlaltenango, Zacatecas region.
