I was browsing the archives and did a search, "flota de indias" to see the list and the description on the side:

I did a search for "flota de indias" in the PARS website and came up with a long list of all flotas that went to the Americas and from different areas. Many from Canarias, some from Portugal. Gives ship names, capitans, etc.

Different time periods that you can look at "Pasajero de Indias" and the documents give ship names, lists of people on that ship, etc.
