Totatiche only... though I believe that all parishes in the bishphoric of Guadalajara were 
instructed to conduct full censuses that year.  I see censuses for Tlaltenango around that 
time but not Colotlan in the FHL catalog.

"El Archivo Franciscano" is found at the National Library in México. 
Part of it is also found at the Public Library of Guadalajara.
