Thank you ever so much for your suggestion. Could you tell me how to see
an Italian or German telephone book on the Internet ? I will quickly do what
you have suggested. I have done 1890 to 1895 so far for the church in
Argentina. I still have another 1,800 names to extract before I am finished.
I will go over the names once again to try any new names that I find. I
didn't recognize them as Hispanic/Spanish names, they appear odd, "Buachasa
Lorenjasa", "Julijenta Chuebulan" and others that I have never seen before,
or they appear spelled as I just spelled them or maybe I mistook the letters
in the name and they are spelled altogether differently. Also, the church
fathers making the entries use script and it is so hard to read. If they
would use calligraphy so I could use my book, that would be fine or print,
that would be fine. Each new priest has different script writing. Some you
may be familiar with are that some make a "J" and put a line through it and
it becomes a "T". Add to it names that are so unfamiliar, you have a
spelling problem as well as a recognition problem.
Again, thank you for taking the time to try help me. I appreciate your
kindness very much.

I know that there has been a significant number of Italian and
German Immigrants in Argentina.  Perhaps that's why the names seem
so different from those found in other Latin American countries.
Maybe you could try looking for Italian and German phone books on
the Internet?  The names could've also been changed by the priest to
sound more Spanish.  Like the name Lomelin was changed from the
original Italian surname of Lomellini in Mexico.  Just a thought.
