According to Gary Felix's Genealogy of Mexico DNA Surname Project, the current breakdown of all persons tested is the following: Native American 17% Nordic 8% Semitic 20% Western European 46% Other 8% Of course this is not an accurate reflection of Mexican Hispanics' ethnic composition, because this is not a scientifically sampled population, but it gives an approximation or estimate of what it truly is.
