Acces to files

I had trouble trying to acces Efrain Conrique´s file. I simply can´t open it. What could I been doing wrong?

try right clicking on the file once you are in his folder. then choose
the "save target link as" option and save it to your computer. Once it
is on your computer try opening it from there.

Joseph,

The reason she couln't open the file was that it is in ".pdf format" and
she did not have a PDF reader installed in her system.

I gave her a free-download link for Adobe Reader Version 7.0
http://tucows.com/preview/194959 -- she installed Adobe Reader, and was
immediately able to open the file.

I am sending this link for others that may want to have reading capabilty
for the universally styled .pdf format documents.
