Thank you for your suggestions. None of the translation sites work
for www.tutramiteenmexico.com website. I don't think it wants to be

My experience has been that translation of an entire webpage really never works well.

You best bet is to cut and paste the various parts. I did this an it worked. You'll need to do this page by page (or perhaps only a part of the page).

For civil birth records, it seems that the normal service this company provides is to get official copies for you. To correct a record is a legal process that they may not do, or you would to talk to them about specifically.
