Looking - Hacienda de Ibarra in the state of Guanajuato

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a padron from the 1700's for this area which the Hacienda was in San Felipe, Guanajuato but in the census records book this city is not on there. Should I be looking in Leon or Guanajuato?
