It was Zacatecas, Zacatecas records that were missing. Here is John

Joseph:  Friends of mine travelled to Zacatecas a couple years ago. 
Those missing records were somehow destroyed. General Santa Anna sacked
the city of Zacatecas around 1835, which may have destroyed some of the
records, but there was also a fire, so they are apparently lost
forever, most unfortunately.



Sorry, I couldn't give you good news.  The Matrimonio Informacion
records are available, so they must have been stored somewhere else.
But regular marriage and baptisms aren't in  existence any longer.
