relacion, hasta ahorita no he encontrado parentela de zacatecas pero 
hay que seguir alertas. hasta luego.

es agobiante leer tantos datos, pero cada quien va memorizando las 
ramas de su arbolito, dime si te ubicas en relacion a estos datos que 
te envie, por supuesto te seguire enviando mas.  si tienes algun 
numero de film especifico que quieras que lea lo hare con gusto si 
coincide con la region de nuestra genealogia.  esto es porque cada 
filmina cuesta 3.25 de dolar y no podria costear extras, muchos 
saludos.

tienes el apellido cos y leon? mi familia paterna forma parte de 
cuatro que fundo miguel cos y leon (cosileon) entre 1840 y 1871, de 
la primera esposa tuvo como once hijos, ella se llamaba maria de 
jesus padilla, sus hijos tenian el apellido cosileon o cos y leon, 
con la segunda tuvo dos que yo sepa, de ella no se el nombre pero 
los hijos se llamaban Rafael y Feliciano, con la tercera que fue 
Dolores Flores tuvo a Eufemio y con la cuarta, mi tatarabuela 
(abuela tercera), que se llamaba Juliana Jaime Macias tuvo cinco: 
NICOLAS, MARIA YNES, REMIGIO, JUAN Y ABRAHAM, Nicolas es mi 
bisabuelo.

de los Zavala te dire que estan en mi linea materna, mi abuela era 
Isabel Aguayo Zavala, hija de Ambrocio Aguayo Salazar y Andrea 
Zavala Gazcon, los padres de Ambrocio fueron Petronilo Aguayo y 
Petra Salazar, los padres de Andrea fueron Teodoro Zavala y Eusebia 
Gazcon.

Teodoro, Jose y Rafael Zavala eran hijos de Rosalino Zavala y Anita 
Sevilla.

Eusebia, Albina, Matias e Hipolito eran hijos de Lorenzo Gazcon y 
Maria Ventura Garcia.

que lastima. . .yo vivo en Carolina del Norte pero estoy nacido en San
Jose. . .en Agosto 8-11 estuve en San Diego y fuimos (mi esposa, Figen,
Hermana, Maria Antonia, y yo) a Tijuana. Ya estamos en casa otra vez. .

I went on-line to see what this conference was about and it looks like it's open to the general public and it appears that one of the members of Ranchos will be a speaker, Mickey Garcia if I'm not mistaken.

 

I am considering attending this conference along with my sister in October. Thanks for this very valuable information. The only disadvantage to most is that most of the conference will be in spanish but what a great opportunity to meet up with hispanic historians and genealogists. you may consider, regarding the name "benito ramos" than it could be a 
miswriting, is easy to read "s" for a "n", so maybe his name 
is "Benito Ramon" and if so you eliminate the trouble, there you have 
a suggestion

If you are getting into the Interviews, may I suggest you get in 
touch, with someone from the "Legado Latino", in Utah.  They will be 
having their 8th annual Hispanic Genealogy Conference at the Family 
History Library, in Salt Lake on October 15th.  Maybe you could 
arrange to get some of their classes or lectures, recorded and 
broadcast them.
