MARTINES-CALVILLO, AGUILERA De Sandi, RUIS-ESPARSA

I would appreciate any comments, corrections and / or additions to my following 'dead-ends',
Juan MARTINES-CALBILLO and his wife Josepha AGUILERA De Sandi, and their descendants.

Also, what is the connection, if any, between them and the following couple:

New GEDCOM with families from Jerez, El Segrario Aguascalientes, Cienega De Mata Jalisco, etc.

Hello everyone,

I'm a new member to this group, and I wanted to let you know I have uploaded my GEDCOM which includes over 6,000 names. A lot of this tree is from Zacatecas, Aguascalientes, and Jalisco.

Isabel de Esparza (also Ramirez and Hortis (Ortiz), daughter of Juan Ortiz and Luisa de Esparza

This will be of particular interest to the descendants of Reyes-Medina lines.
I was able to locate the marriage of Antonio de los Reyes to Isabel de Esparza, although she is listed as Isabel de Hortiz, daughter of Juan de Ortiz and Luisa de Esparza. I then found the marriage of Isabel's parents:

Can anyone help II

Hi again, I also have Alejandro Chávez Fragoso and Paula Rivas, (I think Paula was from San Luís Potosí or Guanajuato) Alejandro and Paula married in Villa de Reyes, SLP, but should order the film to get the place where she was from, IGI had listed there parents which helps, and found kids for them in Aguascalientes. dont have a marriage date, I can somewhat say that Alejandro is the son of Francisco Chávez Fragoso, since in the Aguas films, hes the only Alejandro, Ive been able to find in Aguascalientes in the time frame, then Francisco is married 1681 to Marina Sotomayor daughter of Bernabé Montáñez (de Tovalino???) and Isabel Carillo de Sandi, who married 14 jun 1659 in Teocaltiche, (does anyone know who these guys are) back to Francisco was son of Simón Chávez Fragoso who married Juana Padilla (no marriage date) he is from Teocaltiche, Hacienda de San Marcos, which was own by the Chávez Fragoso. Not sure who Simón's parents are but due to the time frame, he should be a son of the patriarch, Pedro de Chávez y Fragoso, but I checked Retoños vol II and don Mariano does not list nothing on Simón, eventhough this name seems pretty common around 1660-or so, but my Simón is ca. 1617 or so.

I need help if anyone out there can help me. I am researching my great great parents but need some advice. I was told that my great great grandfather and grandmother were born at Agua Gorda De Los Patos. This Rancho is right on the line of Zacatecas but....Ojuelos de Jalisco is really close to the Rancho. My mother said that it's posbile that they were registered in Ojuelos since it was a walking distance to the town but like I said....the rancho is on the line of Zacatecas. Would they allowe them back then to registere at Ojuelos Jalisco?

Finding lost family

I just wanted to share something wonderful that has happened because I post my files on Rootsweb.com.

I was contacted by a lady who said she had found out she was a Castanon by birth and was searching for her fathers line even though she never met him and was brought up by a step father. She said they were from Cutler and Dinuba Ca. and since my gr-grandparents, Vicente Castanon and Maria Gertruds Caldera, had lived there until their deaths in the 1940s I felt there must be some kind of connection. I contacted a cousin who grew up there and she was able to contact someone who knew who this lady was and is putting her in contact with half brothers and sisters she didn't know she had. She is very excited and happy to be able to find the missing part of her family of origin. I don't know how it will work out but at least she gets a chance to find out.
