Drupal end of June 2025 backups of files and databases were successful. All data transferred and remained intact on the backup server.

Production Version Updates:
The following website software versions were updated: Drupal updated from version 11.1.8 to 11.2.2.  Drupal had a few issues rolling out version 11.2, and had a couple of minor updates that they rolled out nearly back to back. No issues with our system as a result of the updates. The Linux kernel was updated to version 6.8.0-62 (short reboot required). PHP was updated from version 8.3.22 to 8.3.24.  MariaDB remains at version 11.4.7. The Ubuntu operating system remains at version 24.04.2.

Backups:
Drupal Mid June 2025 backups of files were successful. Of note is that the database backups
over the last 2 months were not being populated with data, meaning the backup's were occurring,
but upon inspection, with no data. Essentially no database backups were occurring. The site was
not in any danger of losing data, because I also have image backups of the VPS occurring daily,
so if we had needed to revert to a previous database date, we could have.  The issue was with a
CRON job (automated task) that was failing to clean database logs, which caused the database
backups to fail.  The problem has been corrected, and the database backups are now working
correctly.

The following website software versions were updated: Drupal updated from version 11.1.7 to
11.1.8. The Linux kernel remains at version 6.8.0-60. PHP was updated from version 8.3.20 to
8.3.22, and MariaDB was updated from version 11.2.6 to 11.4.7. The Ubuntu operating system
remains at version 24.04.2.

Testing - Drupal 11:

The test site is operating without any major issues at tstsite1.top.   

Alpha/Beta Testing - Drupal 11.2: 

Drupal rolled out version 11.2 alpha1 the week of 7 May 2025 and then 11.2 Beta.  11.2 Beta is loaded on our test site and is functioning properly: https://testsite2-do-notuse-or-register-here.nuestrosranchos.org/

Albums Update:

Downloads of latest NuestrosRanchos files:
I would encourage all in the tech group to occasionally (at least annually) download a copy of the latest nuestrosranchos files and
databases.   The backups are stored offsite 4 times a month.  This offsite backup site is called nuestrosranchos.net.  I have a guest
account setup to allow downloads.   To Login go to the following link:  main.nuestrosranchos.net:10000 

The login is:
Username: nrguest
Password: nrguest2025#    (Note: this was just changed for year 2025)

There are several ways to get to the nrbkups folder, where the NR files are stored. 
 

The easiest way, after logging into the site mentioned above is:
On left side of screen (in brown colored area), click on "Tools", and then in the same area click on "File Manager".
 

Then on the right side area (in white colored area), there are some brown colored icons. Click on the icon next
to the text called "Home".
