RE: RE: New names in my Muñoz line:San Juan de los Lagos, Ayotlan, Jalostotitla

!POR FIN! Someone I'm related to!

Hola Ronnie.
I didn't have time to stick more names that I had found, but now I will.
We are related threw Cristobal but also his grandparents, Juan Gutirrez de Mendoza and Ana Camacho. Cristobal's father, Salvador Gutierres de Mendoza 1660. The information I found out about his family was, which you probably already have or you can also correct me if I'm mistaken, the parents of Juan were Francisco Gutierres de Mendoza Rubio 1594 y Francisca Hurtado 1599. The parents of Francisco were Francisco Gutierres de Mendoza Rubio y Ana Gonzalez Florida. Francisca's father was Rodrigo Olivares.

New names in my Muñoz line:San Juan de los Lagos, Ayotlan, Jalostotitlan, Tepatitlan, san Miguel el Alto and Lago de Moreno

Hello Everyone,

These are new names and dates that I have found in my Muñoz line, which come from San Juan de los Lagos, Ayotlan, Jalostotitlan, Tepatitlan, san Miguel el Alto and Lago de Moreno. The ‘m’ is for marriage.

de la Torre >Jerez de Garcia Salinas Zac Mx

Thanks to member Sally who provided more ancestors for me to research, I was able to find Nicolasa de la Torre, father Roque de la Torre, mother Juana de la Torre, christening date 24 March 1694. FHL film 439844 dates 1685-1716 recorded in Jerez de Garcia Salinas, Zacatecas, Mexico, two generations away from what Sally has called The Tronco of my Gonzales line.

Bosquejo Historico de Zacatecas by Elias Amador

Here is an inexpensive way to view this book at your local family history center. Fiche cost 15 cents per page and these two volumes are on 15 individual fiche sheets. I haven't read it but it looks like it goes into some detail about Zacatecas history. If you are interested order a copy for your family history center:
